Trials and challenges are going to come; sadly, they're just part of life. Sometimes you can get through difficult times by just hanging on. But other times, these hardships shake the very foundations of your faith. It is easy to have faith when life is easy, but what about when it seems like God isn’t being fair? What happens when He requires something of you that doesn’t make sense? This message by Craig Groeschel will help you understand that God has a purpose for everything that happens in your life.

Proverbs 3:5-6
Pray
Life doesn’t always seem fair, and I confess that sometimes I wonder if You really care, but I submit to You. You are in charge of my life, and You will get me through these challenges, even when they don’t make sense to me.
Reflect
Do I embrace God’s purpose in my pain, or am I blaming Him for my hard times?
Respond
Stop blaming God for the hard times you are facing; instead, let your difficult times bring you into a closer relationship with God.
God never wastes your experiences. Even when it seems like it isn’t fair, God is using this time in your life to point you to Himself—He wants you to learn to lean on Him in your hard times as much as you appreciate Him in your good times. It is said that as a believer, you are either in a difficulty, finishing one, or starting one. The next post outlines how to steel yourself against difficult times so you can overcome them.
