A man who walks with integrity is honest. He has high moral standards and does what is pleasing to God, no matter what. Living this kind of life is not easy, but it is possible. Take a survey of your thoughts, words, and actions for the past four months. Note the times when you have acted with integrity and the times that you have not. Think about what integrity means to you and what you need to change in your life.

When you always do what is right, no matter how hard it is, and when you keep your word to God and the other people in your life, you start to define the rules you want to live by. This makes it easier to make godly decisions about everything from who you choose as friends, to how you perform your work, to how you spend your money. Money is one of those things that can easily derail your moral standards if you aren’t making your financial decisions with integrity. In fact, the next post will take a deeper look at how money can be a distraction for those who are pursuing integrity.
