Eternal Salvation

Philippians 2:12-13 Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyed—not only in my presence, but now much more in my absence—continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you to will and to act in order to fulfill his good purpose.

I heard a guy at the gym say one time that he works out to release his inner beast. Not exactly sure what that means, but I think that many of us need to develop the things that are inside of us to the point that other people can see it coming out of us.

What I mean is that if we have Christ inside of us, if we have this eternal salvation provided for us, we need to work our salvation out so that people can see it. If we keep our salvation to ourselves it benefits only us; if we work our salvation out God knows how many will benefit.
