What was purpose of the laws God gave in the Old Testament?
As we fulfill the task God has for us we will experience his enabling and know that we have made a difference in eternity.
Do we only want God in our lives for the benefits we gain or do we love God for Himself alone?
We need to trust in God's character and rely on His goodness believing that one day, at the end of time, he will be able to say, "I can explain everything."
Our attitude should be one of living in a way that is pleasing to him, out of reverence, not adhering to lists of rights and wrongs, out of duty.
If we make the decision to travel the long and sometimes difficult journey with God, He promises to take us from one degree of glory to the next.
