Listening to the Father's Heart - March 23

Son, you are an overcomer! I have made you to press through the recent challenges before you. You have been frustrated with what you perceive as hindrances and the slow pace toward seeing a breakthrough. In reality, these obstacles are actually making you the son and leader I want you to be. Your plodding and waiting seem monotonous to you. You wonder if you are making any progress at all toward your goal. The answer is YES! Keep taking it one step, one moment, one hour, one day, one month at a time. Eventually you will build a mountain, one pebble upon another that has an incredible foundation. Persevere, my son. Just like my son David, these times are training you for war; and to learn perseverance.

Therefore I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation; My God will hear me (Micah 7:7).

Blessed be the LORD my Rock, who trains my hands for war, and my fingers for battle (Psalm 144:10).

Now may the Lord direct your hearts into the love of God and into the patience of Christ (2 Thess 3:5).
